Terms of Use

Legal pages are published in English.

Last updated: 5 September 2026

These terms form an agreement between you and Bhvistra, trading as Luckt ("we", "us"). By buying, receiving or activating a Luckt ticket you accept them.

1. What a Luckt ticket is

A Luckt ticket is a digital novelty item sold for entertainment purposes. It is a uniquely numbered, single-use ritual object accessed through a private link. It is not a lottery, wager, game of chance, financial instrument, insurance product or prize draw, and it never pays out money or goods. No outcome of any kind is promised or guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to buy a ticket.

3. Your ticket link

Each ticket is delivered as a private link containing a secret code. Anyone holding the link can activate the ticket, so treat it like cash. We cannot restore a ticket that was activated by someone you shared the link with. Save the link wherever you like; it stays valid until it is activated.

4. Activation and the 24-hour window

A ticket can be activated once, whenever you choose. Activation starts a single 24-hour luck window and permanently spends the ticket. Once the window closes, the page will state that the ticket has already been used. Activation cannot be undone, paused or transferred.

5. Gifts

When you buy as a gift, the recipient's email address and your message are used solely to deliver that ticket. Do not send messages that are unlawful, abusive, harassing or discriminatory. We may withhold delivery of a message that breaches this rule and refund the purchase.

6. Price and payment

Exactly one ticket is sold per purchase. There are no bundles, subscriptions or promotions. Prices are set per region to keep the number auspicious locally: €7, £7, $7, ¥48 (CNY) and ¥777 (JPY).

Our order process is conducted through Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe provides secure payment processing; depending on your location, Stripe may also calculate, collect and remit applicable taxes and handle payment-related customer service inquiries on our behalf. We never store your card details.

7. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: an unused ticket can be refunded in full within 14 days; an activated ticket cannot, because it has been fully consumed.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Luckt available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If a technical fault prevents you from using a ticket you paid for, contact us and we will replace it with a free ticket or refund you.

9. Intellectual property

Luckt, its branding, ticket designs, software, text and documentation are owned by Bhvistra and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or resell any part of the service.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a ticket is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Prohibited use

You may not resell tickets commercially, attempt to guess, enumerate or brute-force ticket links, interfere with the service, or use Luckt to imply any gambling or prize activity.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, fraud, security risk, non-payment, or repeated or serious misuse of the service.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you buy. Questions go to the contact form, which reaches us directly.
