Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026
The short version
An unused ticket is fully refundable for 14 days from purchase — no reason needed. An activated ticket is not refundable, because activation consumes it permanently.
How to ask
Send a message through the contact form with the email you used and, if you have it, the ticket serial number. That is the whole process — there is no account to create.
How fast
We approve valid requests as soon as we see them, and always within 24 hours. Once approved, the refund is issued immediately to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to show the money — typically 3 to 10 business days, which is outside our control.
Gifts
The buyer can request a refund for a gifted ticket as long as the recipient has not activated it. The ticket link is voided at the same time.
Technical problems
If a ticket you paid for failed to arrive, would not open, or would not activate, contact us. We will either issue a free replacement ticket immediately or refund you in full — your choice, even outside the 14-day window.
Statutory rights
For consumers in the EU and UK, digital content bought online normally carries a 14-day withdrawal right, which you waive for a particular ticket at the moment you activate it. This policy does not reduce any right you have by law.
